The parking was convenient because it was close by. My room was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay. The bed offered great comfort. The staff displayed a cute and pleasant attitude (which i appreciated a lot).
The room felt slightly dated and I think it could use some tlc. Still, this was a very minor thing in an otherwise great experience.

The rooms had a lovely cleanliness and the beds a super comfort. Mine was a standard room. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel had a decoration, so lovely. I love the spot in the heart.
The music speaker was right over our heads so the music was a little loud whilst eating. It wasn't as nice as we were expecting. We found someone to bring us the bill as it was clear no one was in a rush to attend to us.

The staff were lovely and offered a complimentary upgrade to the four poster room. this room was gorgeous!!! we also had dinner at the hotel, and the super nice team. they are great with allergies. Most of the menu could be adapted for me since i need gluten-free options.
i found no parking at the hotel. i had to drive around late at night looking for somewhere to park.

the room was spacious and clean. all staff were very friendly and helpful. we had breakfast both mornings, a great way to start the day. the christmas lunch we had included in our package was excellent. a live band in the bar on christmas eve provided fantastic entertainment. i had a great time.
the stair carpet was worn away at the edge of the tread, it looked to be a potential safety problem.

Lucy. The beds are comfy and the towels are fluffy. Breakfast included warm, fresh options. Croissants tasted great. The hotel bar is nice, and I ate there twice. Free parking is available until 9 AM in the lot next door. I liked the central location, it provided great access to the infrastructure.
The stair carpet showed visible wear on the tread's edge. This looked as a potential safety concern and in general the paint work showed a sorry state.
